Is it possible to have side spot lights on the Premier and Premier Lite range?
Yes, halogen spotlights are available that fit down the side of the cabinet on 2 metal rods to provide extra lighting to the shelves. The lights can then be angled and height adjusted to suit. They are purchased in different kit types depending on the number of shelves the cabinets has. E.g. - 4 shelves would need the AV4 spotlight set. What is a keystone eliminator?
Keystone is the technical term used for when the top edge of an image is different in size to the bottom edge thus giving a distorted image. A keystone eliminator removes this. How? The keystone eliminator is an arm on top of the support that allows the screen to be tilted forward and by adjusting the tilt the keystone can be removed. However, most modern projectors will have a feature built in to compensate for this effect so it may not be necessary to have a screen with this feature. You should check the equipment you use to see whether you will need a keystone eliminator.
What is the difference between a roller and cassette banner stand?
The answer to this question depends on how frequently you plan to change your graphics for this is where the major difference between the two systems is. Roller banner stands have an integrated graphics holder so should you wish to change the graphics you would either have to purchase a complete new stand or return the banner stand and have it refurbished and fitted with a new graphic. As the name suggests, cassette banner stands use a system where the graphic is in a cartridge that is slotted into the base unit. This means that when you want to replace a graphic there is no need to return the stand, just order a new cassette which you would then place in to the base unit. Also it means you could order additional cassttes and change the banner you show during an event just be changing the cassette. If you intend to use the banner stand just once or will be using the same graphic for an extended period of time then a roller banner system would suit you. If you need to change messages during an event or will frequently change your graphic display then a cassette system would best meet your needs.
What is the difference between the "Demo" and the "Merit" Counter?

The Demo promotional counter cannot be fitted with a semi-rigid top or another shelf.
What is the Eco-grade banner material?
The polypropylene material we print onto is 0.20mm thick and has a light stop grey backing. It is printed using water based, pigmented inks that are UV resistant and are non toxic (no solvents). The material itself has very good flatness properties, is tear resistant and recyclable. The base material can be melted and recycles up to 50 times (no landfill); this can be used to make automotive parts, furniture, house ware and packaging. We do not normally seal this product as this would probably spoil the flatness properties and also make it difficult to recycle. It is therefore not fully scratch resistant; however tests have proved good durability.
What is the gap between the fixed shelves on the Premier cabinets?
The measurement from the floor of the cabinet (internal) to the lowest shelf is 37cm, the measurement between all other shelves is 33cm.
